We do not accept returns. we don't offer refunds or exchanges on crystal specimens, so please purchase responsibly and be sure to read the full description and look at all the photos of the item you intend on bringing home!

Please make a video while opening your package to claim any missing or damaged crystal.

Orders will typically ship between 1-3 business days. If there are any technical issues with your order, I will be in contact with you via email/text/call to inform you so that you are constantly in the know about when your order will be shipped. Tracking will be provided to you via email.

Please make sure before purchasing that your address and phone number is correct. If you accidentally put a wrong address or phone number then I am not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address So Please be sure to double/triple check your address before submitting your order.

International shipping - It will be dispatched within a week from the date of ordering.
